Airfryer Asian Meatballs are my “Holy Moly is it that time already” dinner. They are full of flavour and brilliant as they contain no added oil.

The ingredients are all thrown into my @nutribullet (food processor) then rolled into balls and cooked in batches at 190°C degrees for 10 mins.
I served these with stir-fried vegetables, cashews and soba noodles and we all loved them. Too easy!!! Which is what life needs to be at the mo!! 

Ingredients
° 500 g pork or beef mince
° 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
° 2 cloves garlic
° 2 tablespoons coconut  sriracha
° 3 tablespoons coriander
° 1 medium red onion peeled and chopped into quarters.
° 1 tablespoon crushed lemongrass


° 1 egg

1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce
° 1/2 teaspoon salt

Start with the onion and blend on high until finely chopped.
Add mince and all other ingredients and blend until combined.
Roll into small balls and cook for 10 mins at 190 degrees in your @philips_airfryer .
