Lemon & Soy Chicken is a family favourite and was requested by my sisters and I for our birthdays, special occasions or whenever we got together. Mum had a special knack of cooking it until it was crispy but still zingy with all the lemony flavours we loved. I have changed this a little from the original and probably change it most times that I make it, nothing like a bit of variety. I definitely promise that once you make Lemon Chicken you will have it as a permanent fixture if your family go-to recipes as well.
